Diana Grace Lewis, age 73, of Ashland passed away December 18, 2025, at the University of Missouri Hospital.
Diana was born in Hannibal, Missouri on February 14, 1952, a daughter of Wildey and Vera Thomas. She married Harold Lewis on July 27, 1979, and he preceded her in death. Diana grew up in Middletown, Missouri and attended the University of Missouri earning a bachelor’s degree in education. She was employed as a pre-school teacher and most importantly to her children was a stay-at-home mom. Diana was a Kansas City Chiefs fan and loved her canine companions, Cooper and Gabi. Diana’s faith was a cornerstone in her life. She studied the Bible daily and her favorite verse was Philippians 4:13.
Diana is survived by her children, Kim Fleetwood (Derek), Brian Lewis (Christina) and Katie Lewis and by her grandchildren, Bailey (Ryan), Cameron, Aviana and Jaxon and great-grandson, Brenton.
She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.
A memorial service honoring Diana’s life will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at Robinson-Yager Funeral Home in Ashland. Visitation will be an hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions are suggested to charity of donor’s choice in Diana’s memory.
