Cody Andrew House

Cody Andrew House, age 25, of Ashland, Missouri passed away February 2, 2026, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia, Missouri.

Cody was born on August 11, 2000, in Columbia. He was adopted as an infant by Stephen and Iris House. His father, Stephen, passed away shortly after Cody’s adoption and his mother, Iris has lovingly cared for him until his passing.

Cody was born with lifelong disabilities; however, he enjoyed being outdoors and listening to music, lullabies were his favorite. Cody’s mom especially appreciated the nurses and other caregivers that supported Cody and Iris in his care over the years.

In addition to his mother, Iris, Cody is survived by his sisters, Junetta House and Jessie Taylor and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father, Stephen House, a brother, Cameron House and grandparents, Archie and Betty Sapp.
